Hey there! I’m Kat, the crocheter behind Press A to Craft. I am based in the city of Stamford, Connecticut. The name Press A to Craft is inspired by my love for videogames, books, anime, and crochet, and my desire to reimagine some of my favorite characters and creatures through fiber arts.

My work lives somewhere between cute, alternative, and a little nerdy. I love creating cozy creatures, nostalgic references, and plushies that feel like they belong in your inventory screen. My goal is to create pieces that make you pause for a second and smile, like you just found something rare in a game world.
