  • I occasionally open custom slots depending on my schedule.

    If customs are open, you can submit a request through the Custom Orders page with your idea and details. I’ll review it and get back to you with availability, pricing, and next steps.

    Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a spot. Projects are accepted based on complexity, timeline, and current workload.

  • Most of my plushies are one-of-a-kind and won’t be restocked once they’re gone.

    Occasionally, I’ll do small drops or revisit certain designs, but there are no guarantees. So if you see something you love, don’t wait too long! You can also place a custom order request if you are looking for a specific plushie.

  • Due to the handmade nature of plush items, I don’t accept returns or exchanges on plushies. They’re made from soft fibers that can easily pick up lint, scents, or wear, and I want every piece to arrive in perfect condition for its new home.

    For non-plush items, returns may be accepted. Please reach out by email at pressatocraft@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to help.

  • I primarily use soft chenille or cotton yarns, along with polyester fiberfill stuffing. Plastic safety eyes, sinker eyes, or embroidered details are used depending on the design.
